While at VHB, I developed this tool built on RShiny which allows users to explore origin-destination trends for a dial-a-ride service. The tool allows users to explore data spatially, temporally, and by trip purpose. In addition, a second module of the tool allows user to review drivers shifts on any particular day within the dataset as well as review the overall dispatching approach and it’s efficiency.
