Revenue Forecasting for Breakshuttle (Analysis)

Using historic purchasing data to inform and optimize marketing strategies related to ticket sales.

For Breakshuttle, I developed linear regression models to understand consumer trends and provide ridership forecasts which informed strategic marketing. Ultimately, my recommendations, along with a refined marketing push, led to a 40% jump in YTD revenue. I also identified routing improvements through geospatial approach analysis of customer home address and led collection and analysis of customer satisfaction surveys.
