At VHB, I developed an R library which translates GTFS feeds to transit operations data that can be read by Attune, a timetable planning software, allowing transit planners to easily replicate existing transit services within the Attune Environment. Planners can modify or add to existing transit networks timetables and understand the implications related to bus-bay capacity or block groupings. This data can then be re-translated into GTFS for modeling accessibility.
