For Clasp, I converted the Policy Analysis Modeling System (PAMS) spreadsheet into a fully interactive online tool that is customized to the Country and appliance of interest. The tool allows users to select default or tailor the analysis with their own parameters. The tool also transcends limitations by PAMS allowing users to run calculations for multiple countries and at regional level at the same time. This work was done for CLASP, the leading international voice & resource for appliance energy efficiency policies and market acceleration initiatives.
